该管培生项目是复星集团设立的一个跨产业、跨区域的全球人才发展计划，致力于为公司培养未来领导人。该项目按照复星统一的人才标准和要求进行设计，在海内外应届毕业生中选拔具有商业头脑、视野开阔、学习能力出众和具有领导力潜质的复合型人才。复星将给予该部分管培生最大的机会和挑战，使该部分复合型人才迅速成长，成为能够独当一面的项目管理者，并进一步成为公司未来的高层领导者。

FOSTAR+ PLAN
(For MBA Graduates）
This plan is an international professional development plan set up by Fosun specifically for global outstanding MBA talents. Fosun will help this part of talents step onto the world stage and integrate into Fosun's global strategic layout. Participants in this plan can obtain comprehensive career tracking, customized professional development plans, and receive formal leadership training and administrative guidance. Fosun will provide this part of management trainees with the greatest opportunities and challenges, and create a corporate environment that fully supports the growth of MBA. On such a complete development platform, the personal potential of outstanding MBA talents will be fully stimulated, and top future senior managers will be cultivated in the shortest time.



Program Features


Global Rotation
We will customize a two-year training plan for each management trainee. During the project period, the management trainee will rotate between the group and the industry sector (Health, Happiness, and Wealth sector), and will have the opportunity to take a job rotation overseas. We will help you to understand the operation of different business departments more comprehensively and see the blind spots in your work through different perspectives.

Dual Guidance
We will equip each management trainee with Dedicated Mentor and Working Buddy with rich industry experience for full guidance, focusing on cultivating investment research capabilities, business analysis capabilities and insights.

Fosun University
‘Fosun University’ will also provide management trainees with a platform for learning exchanges and sustainable development, and is committed to cultivating top global management talents with outstanding performance, young and high potential. We will provide every management trainee with a wealth of learning and development opportunities, including customized freshman camps, monthly training weeks, and executive salons.
